Average Stall questions
Okay, first the car. Will be upgrading the LS1 to LS6 ported heads 228r cam LS6 intake. Stock 2000 m6 rear in an A4 car.
I have read up on the cam and head swap and I want to commit to buying a 3600 stall. But I am lost. I have been to multiple sites looking for one and found them from the range of 550-800 Found a TCI 3600 stall with lockup for 560 but same sight, seemingly same stall for 750? no clue what I'm looking at. (Newb mode)
Also, Do I have to get a tranny cooler? if so, what's recommended and how much do you think it'll be.

Yes you need a Trans cooler. I personally have a b&m plate style one. As far as cost it cost it can vary due to the size and type (plate or tube and fin). Get the biggest one you can.
It is always good to run a cooler in any application. If you give Chris with Circle D a call (713-895-8834) and give him all of your information he can build one for you that not only looks great but performs great.
