I have a built 4l60e and it will not hold first till the set shift point. 2 to 3 works perfect but 1 to 2 shifts around 4 to 4500 RPM no matter if the car is spinning or dead hooks. Tire size/ Gear ratio/ everything is set up in the computer to shift at 6800 RPM. I have to manually shift from 1 to 2.. Has anyone had this problem? Its done it with 2 different transmissions. Any help is appreciated!!

Is this WOT-only, or also at high-part-throttle? There are
some faults (like TPS) that will short-shift you. Though you'd
expect that to be equally true of the 2-3.
