Do a search. Go to Advanced Search, enter "4l80E swap" and select the Automatic Transmission forum. There currently are 250 threads.

This is one of the most comprehensive ones:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/automatic...l80e-swap.html

This one starts with the question of what year:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/automatic...99-camaro.html

In short (and not exactly accurate):
* Pretty much any year, you need a 2WD version; pre 99 often preferred.
* Probably needs a rebuild with some performance parts and billet input shaft, especially if over 750hp
* Need a quality converter (about $1000)
* The tunnel needs to be pounded out a bit
* Lots of threads have crossmember suggestions
* Different yoke; might want a new driveshaft
* Changes needed to the wiring harness; many options described in threads
* Segment swap and/or other software/tuning changes to the PCM

The PCM changes are extensively covered in this thread, with the latest info near the end:

https://ls1tech.com/forums/automatic...-required.html

I know people have done the swap on a shoe string, but if I were to do it, I would budget $3000+ for it.

Once you get up to speed on the basics, post your more specific questions.
