Default 4L80E slip yoke question

Looking at a used 4L80 that comes with the slip yoke and I'm wondering if I can use it or do I have to buy a special one. It's from a cube van.

is it bolt in? if it slides, use it-you might need an adapter u joint to fit a driveshaft in, depending on what u joints your using

yep if it's a slip you'll be fine. Moog 447 joint should do the trick

Default update

So I finally took it upon myself to actually measure the U-Joint on the yoke of the 4L80E and came up with the same numbers as the Moog 447. I'm assuming all f-body's came with the same size U-joints? Also, is the Moog a sturdy piece? I need it to handle 11 second passes. Is anyone running the Inland unit?

I also found this:

Isn't the dana spicer suppose to be the good one? It's also non-greasable.

I have the slip yoke that came with the trans. My concern is I've heard from more than one person that the conversion u-joints are garbage. Doesn't anyone with a 4L80 making good power run the stock driveshaft? I'm thinking I might just have a new yoke 1350 yoke welded on my driveshaft if that is even possible. What do most people do? The 4L80 swap has been done a million times.
