Yank SS4000 vs SS4000E what's the diff?

I have the E series and ran a friend with a PT4000 on the street once upon a time and he has dyno'd more then me and I was right next to him -- I don't have any dyno's with 4000E though

Do you remember/know what your converter weighed? Mine weighed in at 31lbs. Weigh it when you get it, that'll be an easy way to tell if they are really different.
Theoretically yours should be a few pounds lighter if all he does is add bolting lugs to the hub.
