This is so frustrating. Anyone ever have this?

It is a new transmission, although I've had it for a year and half.

I supposed I'll need to take it to a shop.

Any thoughts?
So did it spin while you had the trans out of the vehicle?

Took it up to the shop this morning. While there, he pulled the pump.

Yup, quite broken. When pulled apart, there is a piece that the torque converter does go through..maybe the drive for the pump. Was broken in 3-4 pieces.

He said they don't usually break like that unless you start the engine, which didn't happen.

I really don't think I broke it while putting the tranny and engine together, but who knows.

I'll definitely be careful the second attempt.
