Default Another automatic transmission problem

okay so I have a 2000 Camaro LS1.
About a week ago I was driving on the freeway normally (65mph) and out of now I started loosing speed and the car would just rev by itself.

Before this had happened the rear end was replaced from a f body that was a v6 but its has disk brakes just no tc or abs. It was driving normal.
Before anything the car would shift fine no slip or anything

Now today I lifted the rear wheels and gave it gas in the air and saw that the gears went thru smoothly 1-2-3-4. but when i would put in the ground and tried to drive it it would just rev instead of going into third.

A little bit more of the car is that it has no cats or mufflers so it does throw check engine light codes P0134 and P0135 it does have all four o2 sensor. Idk if the transmission might need a rebuild or just a solenoid or another sensor. Can some give me some thoughts?

Sounds like its time for a rebuild. Is the fluid burnt?

If it neutrals on the 2-3 shift the 3-4 clutch is toast or the drum snap ring broke out either way yes time for a build

yeah i guess the pack is weak. because it will go into 3rd and 4th with the rear wheels in the air
