Delay 1-2 WOT shift
I mean...for goodness sake you didn't even include trans type.
We don't know the vehicle
we don't know the powertrain management...stock ecu, holley, megasquirt, etc
you don't tell us if anything has been recently changed that could cause the issue. Is it a car that's been fine for a year and now out of the blue its acting up...or did it just get a new converter and now it's being screwy
It's hard for anybody to make a recommendation when you don't give us any info
So I got my tuner to have a play with it on Thursday. He said he edited the 1-2 WOT shift point. Took it and tested it twice. Dead perfect.
New issue immediately after is that regular cruising 1-2 shift is now neck snapping and delayed (shifting at 2800) rather than the 2200rpm or so rpm that it was before. It had him stumped so he said just see if maybe the ecu wants to re-learn the 1-2 shift. After a tank of fuel there's been no change so back we go... The positive is I finally get to race the car this weekend because Spring just sprung here Down Under.
