I don't quite understand stand what you are trying to do here. The TH350 kickdown is manually controlled by a cable that is connected to the carburetor or throttle body lever. Kickdown is not controlled by a switch. What are you wanting the electric pedal to do?
I'm pretty sure no one makes a kit to do that. I'm thinking that it would take a stepper motor, some short of controller and whatever electronics to go along with all that. It may be easier and more cost effective to try to hook the cable up to the pedal. This is above my pay grade.

They have strange manual to electric pedals that have sector for cable that goes to drum with sensor on it
Throw away OEM and install yours modern sensor for dual signal like inside BMW pedal (inside cover into it you'll find rotation type standalone sensor )
