Why do i ALWAYS bounce off the revlimiter.
It seems to happen mainly in the 2-3 shift at WOT. 1-2 is okay, 2-3 will litterally bounce off the rev limiter. It worries me that i'm either going to hurt the motor, or possibly the trans when i pulls off the 2-3 WOT shift.

start bringing your mph down on your wot shift point and if it still blows right through it bring your rpm wot shift point down.
I know on my converter because it was so quick to rev i had to lower my rpm shift point to about 5200rpms but it really shifted at 6200.
but thats what i had to do... now i have a th350 with a manual valve body that im about to swap.

I didn't put a gear, or a TC in the car. Guess i'll have to find someone around here with HP tuners to lower my shift point.

Drain your tranny and try some Ford F type fluid. Assuming it's not a tuning problem then this should fix it for awhile. Really sounds like your clutch pack is bad in the tranny.
I ran F type for about a year after getting slippage on the 2-3 before the tranny finally gave up.

if it's happening just at WOT, then check your fluid level. i had this problem, and it all went away just by putting in some extra fluid. i'm kinda ashamed to admit it, but it did solve the problem

I've heard a few people say on here that the stock pan is too shallow for hard acceleration. That the fluid will move to the back and start starving the pump as the pickup gets uncovered. It happens most often on the 2-3 shift.
A deeper tahoe pan, or a deeper aftermarket pan is supposed to help. I put a B&M on mine just to be safe. I haven't had any problems with it, and it's a used tranny out of a wrecked 98 TA with 85,000 miles on it. I added a shift kit too.

This will not solve your problems because the pickup remains in the same location and also not to mention you will probably catch it on the first good speed hump or road hazzard you encounter. I had the same 2-3 issue on my old trans, so we decided to watch the pressure between shifts. 1-2 was good but 2-3 dropped 40# and the tranny could not recover fast enough to give a good shift. Well I found out it was tuning related. We were telling the PCM that we had installed a shift kit so it was conflicting by dropping pressure to protect the trans when it shifted. After saying no to the shift kit and adjusting the firmness it worked great. While all that was going on it damaged the reverse clutches and a few other things so it went under the knife and is working consistently and feels like a different car.
