No 4th gear lock up

Heads, cam, headers, pulley, the normal stuff. I don't understand it. The lock up tables are good. misfires are gone. Here is the 4th apply........

H/C 346, built trans, 3.73 12 bolt, tuned, missfire detection is disabled. no codes.
If you cruise around 45-50mph it locked up but once you hit highway speeds 60mph + it unlocks and stays unlocked. Have experminted with stock and modified lockup tables.

Verdad Gallardo misfires being gone by enable and disable temp being set 1* apart.
Problem should be solved though. A TPS code was present. P0121. It even prevented the car from being racable at the track. cleared the code and it locked up and shifted properly. Its a ported tb, I need to check the tps voltage and see whats causing the code.
