ordered a 3800 stall with 2.2 str feels like stock
i have a full bolt-on h/c and a 3800 stall with a 2.2 str, did i get sent the wrong stall? because i can move just by removing my foot off the brake, and it drives just like my stock stall. im still on stock gears 2.73's

Try to footbrake stall it. You should at least get it over 2000 rpm before it breaks the rear tires loose. I have a 3500 stall and it drives like the stock converter unless I give it more than 3/4 throttle when I take off. Then it stalls to about 2000 rpm. The most I have gotten it to stall on slicks and the foot brake was 2500 rpm.

I have a 3200 vig, i have to get the rpms up to about 2,000 for normal acceleration, 1500 for slow (people ride my *** when I do that) acceleration, and 2500-3000 for faster than normal acceleration... I would imagine a 3800 being a little more loose than mine

I would think you would be able to feel a stall like a 3500. I have rev' mine from 2200-2600 to keep up with traffic. If I let off the brake, on level ground, she will creep forward a bit. But with your 2.73s, I should think you may not move little to none at all... My stall doesn' t feel "stock" to me...
