Exclamation Metal Chunk found in pan!!!!! *PICS*

These are pics of a chunk of metal I found in the pan while I was replacing my shift solenoids in my stage 5 4L60E. I know this is probably bad so do I need to have it looked at by a professional.

did you use a screw driver or a prying tool to remove the pan, you might have broken a little pice of the case

I used a screw driver and see thats what I thought at first but I thoroughly checked the area and there were no chunks missing.
