Default BIG Thanks to...Yank, FLP, & Moser

Well my car has been down for several weeks now waiting on different parts and last weekend everything came together. Just wanted to give a thanks to all the people that helped out.

Mike @ Yank: Thanks for turning my converter around so quickly. Man this PT4400 rocks!!! The car pulls so hard in 3rd gear now.

FLP: Chuck the Level IV 4L60E is so smooth. The shifts are very firm and crisp, even a little chirp outta 3rd gear now.

Moser: The 9" fit perfectly. The locker is taking a little getting used to but it's not bad at all. The rear was narrowed 2.5"s and it tucks the Convo Pros under the fender very nicely.

Also thanks to Jason, Shane, and Geoff for your installation help as well.

I agree Paul...your car pulls like a freakin' freight train in high gear. Made me want to throw rocks at my car. Thanks for the ride!

That sounds great Paul! I'm getting pumped to drive your car in November. I can't wait to see how well it does at the track! I don't see how you can keep it out of the 10's. I'm getting ready to try the same converter out, BTW.

We'll see!!! I saw that you were switching converter. The Vig 3200 is an awesome converter but you are going to love the PT4400. When are you coming down??

Paul,

With your UT4800, your rmp between shifts stayed above 6000 rpm. What do they drop to now with youe PT4400?

Once all the bugs are worked out I'll shift the car about 6700 so it should work out quite nice.

I'm know the car was glad to go home under it's own power last week. It looked liked it found a new home at the shop. LOL

I can't wait until you head back out to the track. If we can get a little good air, 10s should be REAL possible.

Paul,
Congrads Dude on getting your car running again. I can't wait to see your times from the track. Maybe we can have a friendly little drag race when y'all get finished with my Hot Rod.

I know it's cool to have your Hot Rod again. The are on me when I get to Thunder to pick up my car.
