re
torque converter bolts are hooked up , it just dont seem like it wants to shift in to gear at all , it worked when i pulled it out of the LS1 , thats why i think it might be the linkage or somthing but im not sure , maybe the valve body

If you cant figure it out (externally) then you have to take the tranny back off. To make sure 1st, you can take off the return line (either up front or on the tranny) and see if you are getting any fluid pumping out. If not, then your verter is just spinning on the pump and hopefully, you burnt nothing up inside and just replace the pump.

now another thing i didnt mention is when i pulled the tranni out the oil pan was under it and before i could even reach for it , the bell houing part fell on the oil pan that i used to change my oil with , now im wondering if somthing could of gotten jolted in the tranni or somthing , cause it will shift to R N D 3 2 1 but it dont Kick into Gear like you can feel the car jump , it dont do that at all ...

Anything is possible. But, if I were you, I would disconnect a tranny line off the radiator (easier then on the tranny) and see if its squirting fluid out with the engine running. If you are NOT getting any pressure, then that, to me, would think that you squished the tranny pump causing fluid not to go anywhere thus causing your problem.

Im not sure wich line is the feed and which one is the return line. Its just a cooler for the tranny so if you disconnect one and start the car, the fluid will try to circulate (if verter is seated to the pump properly) and squirt all over the place.
If the verter is not seated right on the pump and you smashed the "tabs" then the verter will just slide on teh pump and it wont squirt nothing or very little out.
Understand?
