Do u think I'll get anything? Will I hurt the lu clutch?Where would u start locking this verter up at if u tried it?

You can lock it up.
Make sure you've given it some break in time before locking it at WOT.
Efficency. My guess is the 4600 less efficent than a 4400, but I haven't seen any data on it.

Yes you can lock it up.
But do it at the track to see if it actually helps you.
the TP is loose... the UT is even more loose.
These are not streetable converters for the "average" joe. But dang they work well at the track.
Good luck.
p.s., locking up ,my Yank yeilded less than stellar results.

I would ONLY lock it up at the track John
I'm gonna run it w/o LU a couple times just to see. Then I'll start at about 6000RPM and see what happens.
I hope I dont have to go back to the TP4600 like your running. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Interested to see your results, JS. I'm losing my UT4800 and going back to the 4400. Originally we were going with a big cam, but changed plans. Now, like Raugh, I'm not having the results I wanted and think the 4400 will be better.

Sorry, for your misinformation.
So when are you going to try this at the track... or have you already?
This weekend? Keep us informed and good luck!
