I tried to buy a Level 10 tranny a few years back for my blown '93 Formula I had at the time. I won't go into details (it has been a few years), but I'd steer clear of them.

 

That's what I've heard, FLP IV it is!

 

My Level 10 tranny in my LT1 lasted 3K miles.

 

Level 10 = J**K!!!!
It last 800 miles behind my N/A 11.70 LT1 car
Had it out 2 times and it never worked right..

Just go with a built 4L80E and forget about it. It might weight a bit more, but it's worth it!

 

Why dont you try www.netgearhead.com They have kicka** prices and they also DYNO test all their trannys before shipping <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" /> How many other tranny shops do that for you? Tell em what you want, as far as HP/TQ handling, stall, ect., and they will build it. They are in the process of building me a 4L80E that will hold a minimum of 1000 HP <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[pimp]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_pimp.gif" /> and its warrantied for 12 months <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

12 month warranty, that's insane in the membrane.
