Default Switching from Fuddle to a Yank ,What to Expect.

Ok here's the deal I am now running a Fuddle 3400 2.1STR,For $350 its done an awesome job,But Im looking to step up To a PT4000 from Yank. The Fuddle has good drivability,Nice smooth Lock up,And has Netted Me Consistant Low 1.6 60fts and even a few 1.5's.But Im concerned that the Fuddle isnt all that Efficient ,I dropped 3 tenths of my E.t but Lost 1-2 mph in the traps.Im currently Running 3.42 Gears Which I dont wanna change out.Im thinking about running a small shot on the car when/If I get the PT4000,But the car will be N/A 99% of the time. What Kinda performance gains should I expect Switching out the Converters,Would this Be a good move or should I stay with the Current Stall,How would the car differ from a Roll?Better?Worse? How efficent is the PT Series?Any Info is Greatly Appreciated

Not sure bout the PT series Yanks, but from a 3600 fuddle to a ss3600 Yank was a huge difference. Really not much different in cruising or the "hit" between the two, but "PULLS" much harder up top in 2nd and 3rd.

Same experience too. The SS does feel tighter and is a little more pleasant as a daily driver. PT4000 was much better from a roll.

i have a 3500rpm 1.7str fuddle converter and i too want to get a PT4000

i pulled 1.75-1.80 60fts with the converter and gained about 3mph in 1/4 mile, but i have mickey thompsons now and want to pull 1.6s and keep my top end pull or improve it if possible. the PT4000 sounds right for the occasion as far as i have read.
