Default arp torque converter bolt torque specs...Help

I bought some arp converter bolts and i am wondering how tight to torque them to. I called arp and they said to use red loc-tite and to torque them to 60, but that sounded a little low to me since the stock spec is 90. Has anyone ever used these bolts..........How tight did you tighten them to??

thanks

i wouldnt use red loctite, its a little on the permanent side. i use the blue, its medium strength and once it sets, its there. i dont know the torque specs but just squirt some blue on there and tighten the crap out of them. you arent gonna get em too tight, promise.

i know exactly what you mean, but if you use the red, when you do have to look at it again, you'll have hell.

speaking of converter bolts. what is everyone using for bolts with the tci flexplate. i bought some arp's from byunspeed and they were waayyyy too short. where can i get arp or grade 8 bolts that are like an inch long. brent, what are you using or do you have the stock flexplate?

just about everyone has them. jegs, summit, thunder racing, byunspeed, etc., etc. the part # is arp-330-7304, the size is M10 X 1.5, but they are too short if you have the tci flexplate. i called arp and that is the only length they make. now im in search for a grade 8 bolt with those threads and longer in length.
