WHEN DO I NEED A TORQUE CONVERTER??
<img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="gr_emb.gif" /> I know this may be a dumb question but I really dont know.. I have a M6 WS6 with many mods to come. Is it considered a MUST have or whats the deal??? Thanks
you say you have a six speed? then only get the torque converter when you swap to an automatic...you may need a better holding clutch for all the mod's though...
cough cough... M6's dont have stall converters..
you need to look into different stronger clutches <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
converters are only for us slow A4's <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

You'll need a converter when you make enough RWHP that you can't keep a clutch in your car and your tired of working on clutches. Then you'll need to speak with Yank or Chuck @ FLP about purchasing an automatic transmission.
