Default Which converter

its a cartek heads and cam car... and i run a 100 shot on the side too... i currently have Vig 3600 which im Not happy with at all...

Im still in the middle of the road with this...

I want to flat out haul *** on N/A and i want the converter to be able to hold on for a MAXIUM of a 150 shot...But im looking for Max N/A performence...

should i run with a PT 4000? Pte 4000 PT4200 or PT4400

im thinking PT4200 right now... Patrick g i know we talked into this and you suggested a ST4000... But im not going o shoot more then 150... and im looking for Max n/a performence

I agree with Patrick. The ST 4000 will give you the best NA and nitrous times. The YTP 4000 will be better from a roll (NA), the ST 4000 should ET as well as or better than the YTP 4000.

FWIW, the middle of the road is never the best place to be with mods. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> Go with the big spray and start saving for an iron block big cube motor when you break your stocker.

Either the Yank Pro Thruster 4000 (which I'm running now) or the upcoming Super Street 3800. The SS3800 (which I will be swapping to soon) will have a higher STR and less shift extension that a Pro Thruster 4000, making it better suited for a big shot of nitrous, while still giving outstanding driveability and tire shredding torque off the line. This new line of converters have the street manners of the Vigilantes, but with the increase efficiency (for higher rwhp on the dyno and mph in the traps).

If you want to save dollars, you could also restall your Vig 3600 to a Vig 3200. Those rock on nitrous and are nice on motor too.

yea... i was going to go with the yank route... but somebody told me about Phoenix Pro converters.... Yea i dont like the vig because it stalls too high on nitrous, way too high.. 6200 rpm high... and restalling it to a 3200 isnt going to help... I want best n/a performence... i need 4000 stall or better for it... a 4000 stall vig would never last with a 150 shot... i also dont like its On a roll Street manners
