Default questions about tci super street fighter?

i drove my car today for first time ever with the new tci super street fighter.
i asked for a 3600 stall. either way when mashing on breaks i can only get it to 2500. this was on a bald street tire. do i have to have drag radials before it will stall that high or? is this correct?

it feels awesome but just wanna see how its soupose to act

I am going to presume that your tires begin to spin and that is why you do not achieve the advertized stall when footbraking.

That condition is not at all abnormal.

Glad to see you have it running!

Although it's probably not a good idea, if you were to put the car into second, and then stand on the brakes and throttle up, you could probably get it to 3600, but that's probably not a good idea.

If you were to get some DRs, and put your foot to the wood from a standstill (no brakes of course,) the converter would probably flash to about 3600 RPMs (or the true stall speed.) I don't recall how accurate TCI is with their stall speeds, but I'm sure it's pretty close.

What's your shift extension. With my 3800, my RPMs don't fall below about 5300-5400 at WOT between shifts. I imagine your RPMs shouldn't fall too far below about 5000 RPMs.

Good luck.
