alright well i am back from the drive this is what its doing.

From a stand still 1st gear auto transmission excelerates to 6500rpms
i seem to hit rev limiter drops down to 5500rpms
goes back up to 6000rpms shifts into second
third seems to be smooth
didnt have long enough stretch to hit 4th

alright from a role in4th gear about 40mph
hit the gas all the way down
seem to have power to the rear wheels for about 1k rpms
than its like a rubber band i seem to have no power at all for the rest of that gear rpms shoot way up to to 6500 and it drops back down to 5500 than back to 6000 and shifts to next gear than that is where i slingshot.
i read in the manual that when u press gas in all the way it automaticly down shifts the a lower gear. could something be going wrong with this please some help. starten to think there is no activity in this forum ever. i never get response to any of my threads any help would be great thank you

I'm confused by reading your post. Does your trans seem to be slipping in second gear? Or does it just seem like you have a loss in power?

While its possible you have some issue with the trans it really sounds more like maybe some control issue tuning etc. I would check and see what the fluid looks lik but those are odd symptoms

Well basically you are looking to see if its brown and dirty. If it is then I would pull the pan and see whats in there, If theres alot of grayish sludge then I would plan on getting a trans.
