Default 4L60E Torque converter lockup problem with 94 LT1, NEED HELP!

Since I have had this car I have done ignition work and changed out the transmission (back in May) since it was slipping with the one from my parted out 96 Camaro. Also I have noticed that that the Torque converter does not lock up. So I changed the B&M 2400 stall torque converter back to the stocker and the trans still does not lock up once up to speed. I changed out the computer and still does not lock up. What could be my issue here? Is there a sensor problem or issue perhaps with the emissions control systems thats not allowing the TC to lock up for what ever reason? Any help would greatly be apprieciated. Thanks!

Trans will not lockup due to miss fire codes and other things,First thing you need to do is get a scanner on it and see if lockups being comanded .Opps actually I just noted you put a 96 trans in a 94. ELECTRONIC issue. 96 has PWM 94 does not. Your 94 does not have the wiring for the PWM email me tomorrow at performabuilt@yahoo.com and Ill give several easy options to fix this issue.

Thats no problem at all, I understand that. I'm not much in a hurry anyways but I would like to find out what is going on and solve it before I put the car away for the winter. Thanks a bunch again too!
