2800 stall
average for a vig2800 would be 12.4-6's
i had a yank 2800TT and went from 13.2 down to 12.8 in the heat
but i wouldnt get anything in a 2800 unless its a vig... if you are looking at yanks go 3000-3200ATLEAST!!!
but i went from 12.8 to 11.95 with the addition of headers and a vig3600 on 3.23's @ 3475race weight
My times are with no weight reductions, weighing in at a svelt 3625 lbs with me(225 lbs) in it.
The Vig 2800 is a great verter for my daily driver!
Good Luck!

<strong> depends on your mods and the cars weight.. ive seen bolt on light cars go anywhere from 11.9-12.2 with a vig2800 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> </strong></font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif"><img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
The Vig2800 is awesome. I run 11.90's with it. Stock internals, no power adders. I'm shooting for 11.70's when the track opens back up <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> Although I would recommend getting a Vig3200 instead. I'll probably get a restall to a 3200 or higher.

I have found that launching at about 1200-1300 rpm's and letting the convertor flash works best for me.
As for spinning off the line, if I am spinning off of the line it is not much.
To second what MADCOW said, I too am thinking about getting my Vig 2800 bumped to 3200. I don't think it will be too loose for you, these are really some pretty tight converters until you put the gas pedal on the floor.
Each will provide a big gain and retain very good drivability.
