Century Transmissions in Houston makes a built 200-4R conversion for the 4th gen complete with a transbrake. It's not cheap though. You're looking at around $5,500 with converter (lock up). It's a hell of a product though. Not much of a website, but he has contact info listed... http://www.centurytransmission.com/

Im getting my 200-R4 built by Mike Kertz at Century Auto and Transmission. The only thing that Im purchasing from him is the tranny itself, the spacers, the dip stick, and the linkage. Everything else Im buying from different companies/manufacturers. The package that he offers is pretty expensive and all the parts are picked out by him. I wasnt too sure about that, plus I like to have my own selection. Mike builds some incredible trannys though. I know that Yank makes a kit for our cars too. Oh and I believe that the shop is located in Rosenberg/Richmond. Mike is a pretty good guy to talk to, but getting a hold of him is tough.

www.artcarr.com or http://www.2004rperformancecenter.com where you can ask Bruce about his stuff as well as that made by the real Art Carr. The 1st link is to Art Carr, but not the original one. Be wary of which you get in touch with, as only one makes areally good transmission.

Trevor over at Texas Speed and Performance has one in his car that they get through century I believe. If I remember they will do the whole swap for $4500 but youd better call or email them to be sure. Trevor is a really nice guy, im sure he would be happy to answer your questions.

NVMySS: We are talking about the same man.
maddboost: Trevor does run the same Mike Kurtz built tranny.
I recently purchased one myself and it's in the car now. Mike is a great guy and seems to really know his stuff. He's just not especially quick. The price is on par with what Yank and others charge for a true built 200 with transbrake and lock up converter.
