You need to move that trans cooler, put it behind the fans or away from in front of the air intake. Also add a B&M deep pan on the tranny,it holds 3 xtra quarts of fluid.Make yourself a ram air intake out of aluminum, the bigger the better! If you can not bend it,get some aluminum angle for the corners and then just use a rivet gun and pop rivets to put it together.Mock it up first out of cardboard, then when your done use silicone on all the joints. Then block off the opening on the front of the air lid.It will definitly pick up your MPH a bunch!!!!!! Its probably the cheapest and best mod we have done HP wise.

heymoe, CONGRATS. good to see you enjoing your car after your run in with the crooks at p-----------. Awesome times for your mods. I also finally got a decent trans after eating the 1700 bucks and countless hours swapping and troubleshooting a sponsors POS tranny . I won the outlaw reals street at NED last week after missing a complete season because of that jokers transmissions.

Congrats man. I'm glad you got all the issues worked out and had Vince fix that piece of **** Performabuilt trans you had in there before. It's gotta be nice to have that piece of mind that a FLT trans is in it now.

I would go with a 85mm Z06 MAF and 85mm Fast Toys air lid to compliment the Fast 92/92 setup. Then a 42lb SVO injector (green top), the custom ram air like Elmer, Chris, and I have, and then get her tuned at Straightline. And then give me the car so I can put it on a diet.

I am tipping the scales at 2850 with the 28" drag radials and full bottle. 1.39 60fts & mid 10s on the 10 bolt as well, spraying it right out of the hole. The 10 bolt will last if you get the suspension dialed in and have a lightweight car. The rear I have has over 100 passes on it with all of them being high 1.3X and low 1.4 60fts.

i would definitely agree to get the z06/truck maf 85mm descreen it, and get the FTRA 85mm lid they are worth at least 10rwhp together...add a ram air intake for another guaranteed 15rwhp...

when i added the cam, lid and maf i gained 70rwhp or 7mph at the track...i wanna say the lid and maf added at least 10 to 15 of it...

my ram air intake is huge and when i did a back to back comparison at the track it showed 25rwhp difference...so even if you have a smaller one like matts or my dads it is worth at least 15-20rwhp...
