what stall

hey guys i have a 02 z28 with longtubes and a 3in exaust i was looking to put a cold air or ram air on it but since i was looking in to a stall what will i need to do? i still want my car to be reliable and not breaking all the time like my boyfriends. so what do you guys recomend ?and what brand and size? i also plan on eventually getting gears and a small cam if you recomend something else that would be a better set up let me kno thanks for all the help

Yank and Vigilante seem to be the most popular! somewhere around 3500-4000 stall matched with the "right for you" cam and tune gears will not be necessary!
