figure out stall?? this might be a stupid question but is there a way to figure out if your car has a stall on it?
the previous owner for got all the mods off hand because he just bout the car to sell it and all the mods were done before he bought it

Hold the break and give it gas. See how many revs you get up to before the tires start spinning. I have a 3500 stall and it will go up to around 3500rpms before i lose traction. I think you probably have a stock stall or a very small one cause there was a hugh difference after the stall got put in. And it locks up around 40mph which is very noticable and doesnt seem normal.
no way, you can never reach your true stall speed by brake stalling it. Go from a 40 roll, punch it and whatever it flashes to that is around what your stall speed is with your current torque.

- Footbrake - How much RPM you can achieve just holding brakes, can be quite low if brakes or traction are a problem
- Flash Stall - The RPM the car starts to move at when you floor it. Hard to tell with tire spin. Data logging is nice here.
- True Stall - The RPM achieved with a T-brake on and floored. The most accurate measurment, only factors are motor and converter.
- Shift Extensions - What RPM the car drops to after a shift at WOT
