Default Circle D - Pics!

Just a quick thanks to the LS1Tech members for all the converter orders. We have been very busy lately because of your support. Here are a few pics of what I am doing this weekend. I am making some more billet covers for the LS's. I am making single disk and multi disk. I can now make a multi disk for the 4L80 if it fits a LS style flex-plate. I will have a 4L80 6 lug direct replacent soon.

Chris

Here are the fronts and they have had 2 operations done already, there is a total of 5.

Same bench, different angle.

This is what the blanks for the billet pistons look like, they will be machined next week.

This is a multi disk halfway through the 3rd operation.

Looks awesome, but question....the machined ones look a lot thicker than the unmachined ones?

The un-machined one are the lock up pistons, they are only 3/4" X 10" for a single disk and 1" X 10" for a multi disk. The billet front, the part that actually bolts up to the engine, is a 3" X 12" piece that weighs about 125lbs before I start machining it. That is what the thick ones are.

Yes we do. We have multiple options. Give me a call on Monday and we can discuss what you need.
