tranny problems
tranny problems i was at the track last night and on my 3rd pass the car hit the rev limiter shifting from 1st to second. after i stop the car wouldnt take 1st gear. i let the car cool off and the car took first and shifted normal. so i go bak up and run again the ame thing happens it hits rev limiter again just going from 1st to 2nd. car has a tci street figter stall. anyone with any ideas

Definitely sounds like you are probably getting a code for a P0751 which is caused by higher stall converters. Basically when the code is thrown your trans goes into a limp mode. If so you will need to remove the test for this code with tuning software and I would also remove the P0757 test as well. Vince
Thats the strange part about these codes they can come up regularly, randomly or not at all But as Vince mentioned the test for these codes should be removed IMO with and high stall converter when the car is tuned for the stall. But I have noted from as often as this comes up many tuners to not?
