i may have read it wrong, but did it say boats with motors over 25hp or with jet drives? so no more jet skis either? i'm glad our elected officials have time to sit around and come up with things like this.

That is why I think it is funny as hell that they want to ban cars over 150 bhp. That is what...around 75% of the cars on the road today? And Honda VTEC getting banned...I wonder if she knows that VTEC (ex, not SI) d motors are for fuel economy, and not really performance.
