well the ss is already fast they just have not been running as they should since the dealer filled it with 87 octane instead of 93 the car's PCM detuned itself, and then when owners introduced the 93 octane the PCM did not engage the OEM tune,so the dealers have been taking them back in and retuning, now they are hitting the 13's falt and high 12's now tha is awesome, the gt500 barely beats the SS we will see when it's up against it's big brother the z28,well you know what i mean lol.

I do not see this as a GM Failure. If they do indeed come out with these Z/28. They will sell quick.

I called GM today and GM Performance. Both parties have NO information on the Z/28. Nothing on GM Gobal Connect either. If I could get an answer I would have one pre-ordered today. It will either be Black with white stripes or if they come out with an electron blue with white stripes. awww shitttt.

LSA has forged internals, just a few steel peices instead of titanium like the LS9.

Yes, twin screw was what I had in mind.

I'm sure people more knowledgeable on the subject can chime in, but either that or something Whipple branded, but I honestly haven't looked at what either company offers as far as LSA engines go, so I could be talking out of my *** (likely).

Negative it has forged powdered metal rods and Hypereutectic pistons.

Correct I just checked today it has cast alum pistons. HOwever it does have a larger heat exchanger than the LS9.

I'd rather have the V. You could make some serious cash around here with a pullied CTS-V.

So will the Z28 Share the same platform as the 2010 CTS-V Coupe???

So will GM finally start putting a Real REAR end in cars next??? a 12bolt IRS would be GREAT!!!
