Default 2010 Colorado 5.3

This is prolly old news to most, but I just read in Motortrend that the Colorado has an option for the 5.3. That would mean a 6.2 would drop right in....hmmm...a new age factory S10...I love it. Not to mention the 5.3 could be made fast with some bolt ons.

I wonder how hard it would be to modify the non v8 Colorados to accept a v8...is that what you used Exotic Performance?

^^^ i am thinking of doing this. just buy the harness from gm and everything should be plug and play. also just get the motor mounts from gm.

GM took all the guess work out.

I drove one at work when it came off the truck. They are really not very exciting and pretty slow. Cool idea though.

I was told the same thing by two other people. I cant understand why because my RCLB 1500 5.3 went 14.6 @ 92 bone stock. I would have thought these trucks would be able to run low 14s.
