Yeah I saw that video a couple months back, that trans appears to be just another variation on the 'pro shifted' or faceplated T-56s that have come before it but might actually take it all a step further with the semi straight cut gears. 
It's pretty expensive too but likely well worth it.

i believe the term clutchless is referring to not having to engage the clutch in between gears, not as if it had no clutch at all
its basically a crashbox from the factory, which is definately a cool thing

That looks painful on the driveline :/ Also, since it does have the straighter gears, its going to be a lot noisier (you can hear it when he goes to fifth) Gonna be stupid annoying cruising.
