the PC in this country has gotten out of hand. If they don't know what a "Chevy" is they are idiots. I know what a Holden is and the last time i checked, i can't go down to the local Holden dealer and buy one.

The comments are funny below. Instantly people turned it into a Government motors political arguement. They say that GM has no right to give that car away which is bullshit. The car is theirs, not the taxpayers. You don't like that the government gave them the money then vote the people outta office. God i hate dumb people...

[SATIRE] In other news, Coca-Cola announced today that they are dropping the term "Coke", from their official communications. The problem, said the vice president of sales for Coca-Cola in the U.S., is that in today's Internet-connected world, documents and Web sites created for an American audience can be read by anyone, anywhere. And the use of two different names for one brand -- Coke and Coca-Cola -- can cause confusion abroad. [/SATIRE]

For the most part, car guys and gals are the only people who refer to Chevrolets as Chevy's. I have been all over the world and Chevrolets are Highly Regarded. This is especially try in the asian countries. It is also more expensive and preferred over the asian built competition. People else where just to not call the cars Chevy's, the car does afterall say Chevrolet on the dash and owners manuals. Its got nothing to do with international or press 1 or 2.......
