Can operate as a Plug-in extended range (like a Chevy Volt) or with all-wheel electric/gas combined propulsion. This thing could be one wicked machine.

Keep wishing. At $845,000 I don't expect these to be flying off the lots, especially when you consider that it's about $500,000 more than the Lexus LFA (more than double the price) and about equivalent performance, and the LFA is already 3x more expensive than the performance equivalent from Ferrari. The people that will be buying this car will have some pretty big mental hoops to jump through to justify the almost 700% price jump for the improved fuel economy that could easily be had for the cost of aforementioned Ferrari and about 20 or 30 VW turbo diesels.
