Yup I saw it on the tour too, it looked pretty good. My guess is it's going to be a mildly watered down version of that one, which I am totally fine with. I think the rear is going to be a lot different though; GM isn't going to get rid of the dual circle/oval taillights.

As far as the OHC talk, that's all talk. What they are getting out of their current engines as far as power, weight, and fuel economy would be hard to beat; and there(clearly) isn't a reason for them to do it.

I'm betting on a summer 2013 release of a '14 model C7.

The most current concept of the C7 doesnt have as dramatic of the "spaceship" rear end (still the same front end style). It has 4 circle tail lights like every other corvette that has been made since the 50's.
