7K limit and 141 traps is cutting it VERY close IMO assuming a 28" tire. Thats 6940 rpm assuming gear is 1 to 1 but I'm not sure what their ratios are. I know the 5.0 GT's have an odd 4th gear with abit more than 1.0 ratio and a 5th gear thats abit deeper than an overdrive it seems

torque 603@3900rpm.....that right there will hammer the zl1 every time, as long as the shelby can plant it. also, noticed it sounds a LOT better, and revs more freely.

Guess someone ran 11.28 @ 128 with just drag radials, and a 11.8 @ 123 bone stock. No high 10 sec pass.......... But not to bad!
This... Like I've been saying the weight is KILLING the ZL1. But Id also like to see what the ZL1 would put down with a different blower & same boost.
This confirmed?? Any idea of hp/tq?

the gt's are 1-1 in 5th. 6th is overdrive. i'll find and post spec sheet soon as i eat.
