Default 2006 SS Trailblazer

Its finally here! Got our first one in. Totally maxxed out, pretty heft price with it. Already sold $40k. They look so freaking bada$$, sound kinda like the SSR. Black on black with polish AL wheels. AWD. Just glad they finally got into production!

Checked out a white one in person, it's a step in the right direction and cooler than most other SS vehicles Chevrolet has out now.

Eh not trying to be a dick, but there is no ship to commerce order on those (well actually there is but it doesnt go into effect till the 17th) IE there havent been any built for resale yet other than pilots and CTFs. That said I'm gonna have to raise the BS flag. First day of production is slated to be 10/18, not to mention I know who is getting the first one lol

They have been building saleable pilots for a few weeks now. Maybe it is one of those?

Pretty much no chance on that one for a myriad of reasons, the lack of pics kind of solidifies that.

Is the 2WD the T-3? If so that thing is a tank!

They had a black one at the F-Body invasion at the Corvette Museum. I get out of school and spring and that is what i'm getting. So the Camaro can go to the go fast shop. I hope they make a Navy Blue one though. That would be a sweet rig for my car.

We also have the same thing for the 8.6" (12bolt). So here is my question, is the Moser and Strange ring gear the 8.875 12bolt or the 8.6 12 bolt? If its the 8.6 im going to get one and put the unit in my camaro.
I don't understand why GM is still using clutch type differentials. Isn't Torsen way more advanced? They sure love to hang on to old technology to save a buck.

I am going to order a 2WD next spring. I figure 300 lbs of rocks and some good snow tires and it should be OK in the snow. Do they make 20" Blizzaks? (j/k)

From what I hear the regular I6 version makes enough power to tow a car. 291HP and 277TQ, wish you could get the 5.3 in the short wheel base

Wow, this could be revolutionary - you could make 600 rwhp on an LSx engine without breaking the stock rear! I wonder if you could pull the front wheels if you are running slicks. I am so getting one of these. Only seven months until the GTP lease is up...
