Think you've gotten hold of the wrong end of the stick there mike. It's fast, but that would be ridiculous! What they're saying is that if they were both lined up and the F1 launched first, when it reaches 130 the Veyron leaves the line and reaches 200 at the same time as the F1. And it's the road car McLaren F1, not an F1 car LOL

so in simplier terms the bugatti goes 0-200mph in the same amount of time that the Mclaren goes 130-200mph

The sad thing is that some dumb rich **** will buy it, and some dumb rich **** will crash it. I would drive it for its performance looks are whatever but i mean 1000HP c'mon anybody would want to drive that. Also the best part would be if you found another rich owner and he states he has a Mclaren F1, you can laugh in his face then tell him to just go home.

2.4 0-60 is unreal. Anyone remember the Motor Trend vid of the TT 427 Lingenfelter vette doing a 1.9 0-60 with slicks at a prepped track?
