Huh, that's funny.

I hear the Audi is amazing. My buddy was just down in the Carolinas test driving all of them (specifically the X5) for BMW.

He said the Mercedes wasn't even close?

i think its all relative. i bet the benz has a bunch of doodads that make it comfortable and easy to drive. the audi probably has the nicest interior and of course the bmw being the most sporty.

personally i dislike those big overweight SUVs. my saturn weighs 3600 pounds and accelerates and turns great. i've driven a bunch of other SUVs and i like the small feel of my own car. other people would probably beg to differ, but that is of course just my opinion.

LOL yeah I guess it's all relative.

None of them are sluggish. Even the 6 cyl. versions go allright. But a 4.8L X5 flat out rolls out. Price tag is a little higher than the Vue though

one of their categories is how significant the car is, but with the price it carries i dont see them producing a large number of them. ive never been in one or the new gm platforms, but they are much more significant to gm. from what ive seen people seem to love them.

man that sure is a pretty jeep.. er i mean benz lame. i love how the autorags are always willing to get on their knees and service MB everytime they come out with something "new". everytime i see a comparison or test and MB is one of the participants, I just skip that artical because i know they will find some reason to pick the benz even if its out done in every catagory, but the windshield wiper/bug deflection ratio made it our number one! /rant

Sorry for me not being on here. Ive been 'puterless . Im having another computer built as I type . I havent heard of any replacing going on in the MB ranks but thats not to say its not something thats going to happen. The SUV should stand for Suburban Users Vehicle ...thats about what most are good for. All I know is we built 2500 of them in the first month of production and the orders are overwelming. Its been good here at MB, Im just thankful to be apart of it....as most should feel about their jobs.
