Well im picking up my 04 CTS-V tomorrow and it is green. I cant find any other Cts's in this color. I just want to make sure that its a factory color? It has 60,000 miles and has the Ls6. New brakes-rotors- and has been totally inspected by dealer. I feel like im getting a decent deal on it for 15,9. Thanks for any info! Ive owned a Z06, many f-bodies, how will I like the V?

 

There are no stock green Vs. This car must be a repaint.

 

Did you post this on the other site? It's not an original color but it looks pretty nice and if I remember right the Carfax checked out okay. $15,900 is an incredible price if the car is in good condition. Congrats and welcome to the family.

it's actually a rare color I researched it there were 283 Cts total made in jade green who knows in the v special order only

 

I highly doubt if it is in fact a V and it's green that it's stock. Good luck though.

I think someone checked the VIN and it came back as being originally a black raven car from the factory.

In any case, if it's mechanically sound, you got a killer deal on that car. I hope it all works out for you, you're gonna LOVE it!

So it was originally a black car? Better check the whole car over for damage and or have a bodyshop take a gander and make sure its all on the up and up. I would hate to buy a car only to find out its been bashed around a lil bit and no one ever reported it to carfax!

 

Thats what happened to mine. I only noticed the hood and fenders had been repainted after I used the clay bar on it.

 

Well i picked the car up. there is no structural damage whatsoever. The car and paint is in mint condition, even all the door jams, etc. are perfectly done. However... the engine bay is still black. paint job is a 10 out of 10 and perfect in every way. I love the car and for 15 grand I couldnt pass it up.

i always loved that hunter green color back in my hayday with the
fox body rustangs...i like it...anything different is a plus.
