Damn, that first flywheel is $900+
UUC has a 20lb'er for about $400. May be worth a look.

EDIT: The centerforce ad that you posted in the last link says:
2004-06 Cadillac CTS-V Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch

Centerforce ® is proud to introduce this New 12” Dual Friction® clutch assembly for 2004-06 Cadillac CTS-V LS6 5.7L/6.0L LS2 engines. This new clutch assembly replaces the stock clutch & flywheel assembly with higher holding capacity pressure plate and more than thirty pound lighter flywheel that is designed for a direct bolt in replacement.

Centerforce strives to provide the best products on the market today on all performance levels by using patented processes and constantly testing different materials and designs to find the best combination. The Centerforce Dual Friction pressure plates feature these patented processes and provide a performance clutch that maintain exceptional street characteristics, while offering outstanding holding-capacity and durability.

The Dual Friction disc has a carbon composite puck style (segmented) facing is used on the pressure plate and flywheel side for a positive engagement and increased holding-capacity. Dual Friction is the ultimate in holding power and performance without sacrificing pedal effort and driver control. The Dual Friction part number is DF612010 (Pressure Plate & Disc). Please note the Aluminum Flywheel PN: 900143 is required.

Shipping $12.99.
This leads me to believe that you get a clutch AND flywheel in a combo for $315....Then you get to the end of the description highlighted in black.
I did some searching for that part number and found the flywheel to be in the $800's. I'd need to see some much better responses to justify the doubling of the price as compared to UUC's flywheel to be remotely interested.

I haven't weighed it but its a good bit lighter then the ls7 flywheel, UUC is fine for a bolt on car since you can only use a stock clutch but a car with FI or so with all the weight this seem to be a good choice on juice the car made 460rwhp 540tq it didn't skip a beat.

But since this is my daily and i need it back up and running by Monday [Tomorrow] i can't wait for a replacement PP/Clutch from CF.
