Well...decided to wire up a aftermarket SUB and Amp. I finally finished it and I decided to start crusing around town. The sub and everything works great but I decide to roll up the windows and feel some AC. here is where the problem starts.... I turn it on FULL BLAST, and at 75Degrees
NO AIR.... i checked the fuses, checked good. So now I need some advice on how to remedy this problem.

Maybe i disconnected something under the hood trying to route the power wire?
I used the remote wire hookup as they have on www.cadillacfaq.com
wired t to the CCP (climate Control)
every thing else works except the AC/FAN/Heater

I work on MV-22 Ospreys all day, but this Caddy is gettin to me. My A/C dispplay shows up normal but i dont get any air. I assume its the BLOWER either disconnected or a relay. Anyone know the location of the blower?

so you tapped into the CCP fuse? Have you tried removing the remote line from the stereo and repalcing the CCP fuse (with a new fuse).
I had the same problem after installing my stereo, except that I tapped into the heater fuse. I had incorrectly tapped the fuse and it stopped my heater from working.

Just to paint someone a better picture...
I can start the car with the A/C off....when i press ON, you can hear a sound like it is engaging but there is still no air coming out.... my guess is that its engaging but the fan doesnt wanna blow. Everything was running perfect till i decided to install subs/amp.
please, any info is better than none at all....im trouble shooting in circles

I tried following along with your posts... ALOT goin on. You should have regular AC control fuses internal... under your back seat i believe... and in the engine bay, you should have a BLOWER fuse/relay. This is pretty standard among vehicles, although i do not own a cts-V... this should be the case. If it is a relay, it should be swappable within another like p/n. If you could give a little more clarification of the issue... it would probably be easier arm chair troubleshot.
Does heat work. Is the fan the only thing not coming on. You said something engaged... Compressor? Check all switch positions.. i.e... defrost, floor vents, upper vents... to get a better diagnostic

the compressor engages but the blower motor doesnt turn on. No setting work. A/c heater, defrost nothing works. but you can hear it engage when i turn the HVAC controls on.
ill try to check and see if there is a fuse underneath the seat. the fuses have been replaced, the relays have been swapped and still hsnt changed.
