Default Raven V's with hyper black Linea Corse Veneto's - pics please

Hey all. I've done my fair share of searching both "the" forums as well as Google, but I want more. I'm thinking about getting a set of these wheels to compliment the H&R's that I'll be installing in the spring (or vice versa, I should say). I just want to see as many pics as I can of the hyper black on a raven V. Thanks in advance!

Ive only seen a couple on the other forum. Not many people bought the wheels. If i bought them theyd get powdercoated black.

I'm definitely not going to be powder coating a brand new set of wheels. Especially since I think the hyper black looks great from what I have seen.
I'm surprised you say not many people bough these wheels, as I've seen plenty of em out there. Just not the hyper blacks on ravens...

There is 1 guy I know of on the other forum who had them on a Raven V. Pics were not the best as car and wheels were dirty and it was raining in 1 or 2 of them.

If there were a "read before you post" smiley, I'd be posting one for you.

I recall coming across these pics once in my searching, but I haven't been able to find 'em again. Same with some other quality pics of one that used to come up on a Google search of "CTS-V+raven+'hyper black'", but both seem to have disappeared over the last 48 hours... Argh

I think that red colour is really slick. Those hyper black's should look pretty stellar on there! When you made your order, did they mention they're having an end of year sale from boxing day to Jan 1? They just advised me of that sale, but said they couldn't tell me how much the discount would be, or if these particular wheels would even be part of the sale.

I just got some Hankook Ventus v12s in for my Linea Corses when they come in. I read some reviews and they look like good tires for the money. Spent about $800 on 4 tires shipped to my door (ebay), which isn't a bad price at all.
F 235/35-19 R 275/30-19.

Keeping the old wheels+horrible chinese tires for drifting if you know what I mean

Thanks!! Those are actually the ones that I'd found upon a Google search, but then they seemed to have disappeared from the results when I tried searching the same term a few days later.

I wasn't being a ***** because the car was blue, I (guess I) was being a ***** because Cole was implying that I hadn't done my share of searching before posting. I always make a point to do so, and I even stated that in my post, so I was just givin his BS attitude back to him. No big deal.

Yah, that's all I'm expecting too. If that's the extent of the discount then I'm not going to rush into buying them. A couple hundred bucks off, absolutely, I'll get 'em now even though I wont have 'em on the car until mid March. As for tires, "cheap" can mean a few things. Some inexpensive tires are actually pretty quality products, they could just be names that haven't become big in the North-American market yet, and price themselves low in order to gain some customer base. I bought Nexens years ago for about 1/3rd of what they cost now, for that very reason. Same with the last set of tires (Vredestein Ultrac Sessenta's) I put on my Mustang (and will probably put on my V). I bought them 3 years ago for about 25% less than what they're selling for now that they've built a reputation and are becoming more well known over here. They're a very high-end tire in Europe and have been for some time, but over here they still sell for pretty reasonable prices. I'm in contact with who I bought from 3 year ago right now, in hopes they they'll bring me back close to 3-years-ago prices for being a return customer.
