Pinging issue?
So I just moved to Seattle from Chicago and my car now is pinging at wot with 92 octane fuel in 1st gear only I think. Tried different stations and all. Is not tuned and has a stock computer. Never heard of this so curious what you guys think it could be?
Thanks Dave...

Are you sure that was not leaded race gas? Leaded will set off a code, plug your cats, & screw with your NO2 sensor. However, the sensor itself will generally go about 1/2 to a full race season, and the cats will last longer than that before they plug.
Was that out of a can or directly out of a pump?

I dunno. I knew that they can sell 100 octane unleaded out of a pump in Kali, didn't know that they can go 110 though. And actual race gas is always leaded, has to be sold out of a can in Kali. Were you able to get up to our Cad V show on 04-09-2011 at Cars & Coffee in Irvine. Had 23 cars there, all V's excepting for 1 XLR or whatever they are.

Pull the 10 amp ecm fuse for 5 min. Then re install it. Take for a 20 min drive without going wot. After u complete the 20 min drive, try going wot. What u are doing here is doing a reset of your fuel trims

Ok. Here is some arm chair quarterback troubleshooting, fuel psi should be ~60 if I'm correct. If you have 60 at idle, don't stop there, you could have a fuel flow issue causing you to lean out at upper rpm's where higher flow is required with the same pressure. Your pump could have flow issues and still be able to supply the 60 psi at idle because of the low fuel demand if that makes sense to you. Try revving in neutral while checking fuel pressure, might not be enough though and will have to induce a load.
You could disconnect your fuel lines, add some excess hose, drop it in a bucket and see what she flows per minute.
