No sh*t... It's almost getting comical. So I got it all put together Tuesday night with no issues, I let her idle and drove around the block with no issues. Wednesday at lunch I took it to a shop to have an exhaust leak fixed (3 miles, the farthest she's gone since I started). I was very happy with no issues or trouble codes.

As the guy is pulling it up on the lift, I hear a "BANG!!"... And then see coolant going everywhere. Apparently the combination of lowering the radiator 1" to fit the Whipple + an eibach kit = interference with their lift!!!

Anyways.. I have it running AGAIN... And if I see no issues over the next few days, I would like to go get tuned/dyno next week (if I'm not traveling, and can get off work for a day)

To answer the original question, BlackMagic is the only one of us with a dyno right now... I think he got ~550/550 on a setup very similar to mine, so I expect about the same. That's using the largest pulley offered 4.625".

Did you go back to the bigger pulley? I thought you had a 4.5" like myself?

Well its nice to hear good news. Been telling my freinds about your car and they think im BS because of how long it has taking. I can only imagine the excitment on your part once you will be able to get down on it after the tune. **** i am excited to finally get to see this beast.

I have both. The 4.5" is on the car now, but I may swap it out.. I don't want any more than 550hp on a stock bottom end. If I can reach that number with the bigger pulley, I'll be happy, until I can build a decent motor.

Let me know which you end up using, I may have to purchase a bigger one if the 4.5 is too much. According to DRE's numbers it looks like the 4.5 should sit the boost around 8psi which is where I wanted to be.
Get that thing tuned so I have hope lol.

You and me both brother! It's hard to drive it right now because I can't get into boost due to the tune. I will say that on the way home yesterday I couldn't resist... I did a really short WOT run in 3rd gear. The tires broke loose ~4,000 RPM so I got off of it. It was a good feeling!

Then my gauge displayed a DTC for lean conditions on both banks... so I can't do that again!

Waiting... They started tuning yesterday. Started really conservative with 12deg timing and no meth. They didn't get to any full RPM runs b/c it popped the belt when they were still dialing in the fueling on some low RPM pulls. So for now all I can report is 450 lb ft @ 3K on an aborted pull with a really rough tune.

More to come tomorrow (hopefully).

Will do Joe! I want to see the new Jeep.

I'm currently looking for tensioner options (not many out there)... i'm leaning heavily towards the ECS one. The maggie tensioner was jumping when we got under boost... it just won't work with this blower setup I think.

So, the saga continues...

Not sure if you want another option for the tensioner. I too was looking for one without much results, but have heard of people using a buick higher wall pulley. Also (I think it's a GTO) tensioner.
tensioner 89222. it is made by dayco
Dayco Pulley PN 89009 or gates 38009.

Yea man just give me a call and I will bring it over there. It's really nothing more than a quick brick lol with lots of cool options I never thought a jeep would have.

LOL... I was wondering if anybody was going to call me out, and I thought it might be you!

Yep, I finally got my belt problem solved (fingers crossed)... I had to mill down the pulley spacer 0.165". Then my power steering pump went out so I changed it... then the F-ing steering rack started leaking at the pinion seal... so I changed that... and my current issue is after several hard launches my passenger side CV joint is popping I've only had this car for a year but it's had a lot of little problems.

Anyways, so far I haven't thrown the belt since then. I've been running it for about two weeks just to make sure it's not going to have any problems before taking it all the way back to the tuner for final tuning and dyno numbers... it's a long drive to get there an start having problems.

I still throw a P0102 (MAF low frequency) code when I get off the throttle quickly after runs. I've tried everything I know of to fix it, but it just seems to be the way it is. It doesn't throw the check engine light, but it stores the code in the computer.

I need to fix the CV joint, and then find the time to go get some numbers, but for now she's on the road and running great!

Good to hear, and I know what you mean about small problems, I've had my share this summer(broken axle, seperated balancer, dead starter, damaged rim from pot hole) Mines tucked away for the winter, so I'll be putting mine back on come spring.
I plan on getting the same tensioner, I also want to get a progressive controller for my meth, and a failsafe pessure blowoff if the meth stops flowing for any reason.
Real glad that yours is running it gives me hope.
