Default Creative Steel Driveshaft Coupler

Was waiting a couple of day to make sure the giddy wore off, but its run its course, and I can without a doubt say that I love this piece. Shifting is smoother with out the windup, and so is all the acceleration. Definitely helped out with some of my noisy clunking, and I cannot wait to get the new clutch in with this thing. No new vibrations, or negative impact of any kind over the last 3 weeks.

Thanks Max, as with the motor mounts this is a great product

You should swing that thing down to Sarasota one of these days for me to check out

I need to install my CS motor mounts, can't wait, they look amazing!

I did not see it on their site, is it a new product? I have his motor mounts, tranny mount, diff bushing, diff bushing block and shifter bushings to install soon.

the driveshaft mount has to be called in, there were some preproduction trials that went really bad due to a warped driveshaft, and for his own safety he pulled them off the site so that folks with faulty driveshafts cant order this to fix "vibrations" and end up doing more damage to their cars unbeknownst to CS

and Meaty, I may have to do that, maybe drag SMBstyle down there as well

It's a polyurethane replacement for the rubber driveshaft-transmission coupler. Since the stock piece is rubber, that rubber piece "winds" up a bit before it will actually begin to rotate. Max's piece actually eliminates this so you get instantaneous spin, it helps by not needing so much modulation in clutch pedal use to get a smooth start, if that makes any sense
