If you want your fans to kick on at a lower temp to match your t-stat, then you probably will.

You dont need a tune. If the A/C is not running and you are at a red light. Just watch the coolant temp. My car would go up to 225
After getting the tune my engine temp runs from 177 to 206.

You'll need a tune to change the fan settings.

To do it right, you should re'tune' the parameters...you can get by without it, but may not optimize your mileage and so on (stock ECU is programmed with emissions in mind and pertinent hotter temps). I'm sure it'll 'run' fine, but ideally couple it with changing the appropriate areas in the 'tune'...

I can change the plugs in my V in 30 minutes. Ive gotten pretty good at since I change them often with the nitrous.

Take the coil packs and battery off and then start changing the plugs and wires.

No need to pull the coils, if you're just replacing wires...The trick is to have the proper pliers (the really long nose type) [grab from boot, not wire and use leverage and they pop right off...really only need those for #8 and #4 though, irrc] and the job takes 15-20 minutes...the hard part is putting them back on *seated* all the way; doable, but worst part of the job, really.

As for plugs, takes longer because then it's handy to pull the coils (easy, but extra step) for clearance and putting #4 back on, iirc, is a real PITA cause you can't see anything and is in an ackward position...I didn't need to touch the battery but that *may* give some more room for some people....

Still, maybe an hour tops for checking gap, pulling wires, removing plugs, adding anti-seize to new plug threads and tightening then putting wires back on (seating is hard part)...Really not difficult compared to a lot of newer cars, but just take your time and think things thru and pretty strightforward...I think one of the easiest ones I ever had (besides the VR-4) is the 06 GTO...literally 20 min. job 1st time and only need one tool (rachet, plug socket and small extension)...The V takes a couple extensions, but still not hard.
